One, who has never entered the kitchen in her life just like you or your Sister haven’t, as she was busy in studies and competing in a system that gives no special concession to girls for their culinary achievements
One, who has lived and loved her parents & brothers & sisters, almost as much as you do for 20-25 years of her life;
One, who has bravely agreed to leave behind all that, her home, people who
love her, to adopt your home, your family, your ways and even your family name
One, who is somehow expected to be a master-chef from day #1, while you sleep oblivious to her predicament in her new circumstances, environment and that kitchen
One, who is expected to make the tea, first thing in the morning and cook food at the end of the day, even if she is as tired as you are, maybe more, and yet never ever expected to complain; to be a servant, a cook, a mother, a wife, even if she doesn’t want to; and is learning just like you are as to what you want from her; and is clumsy and sloppy at times and knows that you won’t like it if she is too demanding, or if she learns faster than you;
One, who has her own set of friends, and that includes boys and even men at her workplace too, those, who she knows from school days and yet is willing to put all that on the back-burners to avoid your irrational jealousy, unnecessary competition and your inherent insecurities;
Yes, she can drink and dance just as well as you can, but won’t, simply Because you won’t like it, even though you say otherwise
One, who can be late from work once in a while when deadlines, just like yours, are to be met;
One, who is doing her level best and wants to make this most important, relationship in her entire life a grand success, if you just help her some and trust her;
One, who just wants one thing from you, as you are the only one she knows in
your entire house – your unstinted support, your sensitivities and most
importantly – your understanding, or love, if you may call it.
But not many guys understand this……

A love note to my valentine!
Me amor,
I never did realize the meaning of the word LOVE until I met you… And you wouldn’t have walked into my life, maybe, I never would have…!
Ever since I met you, life has been entirely different & beautiful. You’ve turned my world upside down…! You made me notice the rainbow, the rain, the breeze, the greenery & my world was changing… I started realizing that all the beauty of the world was unknown to me until then…
I feel that am the prettiest gal in the world, when you look at me… I never knew I could talk to someone for such long hours, on any topic, without getting bored… every moment is refreshing for me when they are with you, you make me feel special… your smile rejuvenates me, I can do anything & everything to see that smile….
Unconditional love has been a fairy tale idea for me unless I started receiving it from you… I was a free bird who flew without any destination… But you gave me a nest to rest…
I thought my wings were so powerful & strong that I wouldn’t need anybody’s support, unless I experienced the comfort of your arms & your shoulders…
For me, my life had been mine… My problems were mine… and I thought I was strong enough to tackle them. But sharing them with you made me feel that they are no more BIG deal… Nothing seemed to be an issue when I have you besides me… Holding your hands, I would go through any crisis & am assured that I will be safe…
Independence had been my life motto, but you made me feel that freedom is not worth it if you are not bonded with love…
No one, except you, has stood beside me when the whole world was against me… I haven’t felt the comfort anywhere else other than in your arms… I wanna be with you my entire life cos you make me feel special… You love me for what I am…
I promise to comfort you with my ocean of love… I promise you that I will hug you & you will be safe in my arms, like in a castle, when you feel insecure… I promise to support you through your thick & thin.. You will always find my shoulders whenever you can’t help shedding a few drops of your valuable tears… I promise to fulfill all your wishes… I promise you that you’ll never miss anyone/anything when you’re with me… I will never allow sorrow to knock on life’s door as your smile is the earning of my life & I treasure it & I give you my word that I will protect it, even if it costs my life…!
I will comfort you like a mother, cheer you up like a daughter, support you like a friend, play with you like your sister, love you like your girl & will save you from all mishaps like GOD!
Baby, god has made me the luckiest gal by sending you to my life. I never knew I have been worth you…! As god couldn’t be every time with me he chose you to be my better half… Or I must rewrite the term as BEST HALF!

Individuality

I cannot change the way I am,
I never really try,
God made me different and unique,
I never ask him why.
If I appear peculiar,
There’s nothing I can do,
You must accept me as I am,
As I have accepted you.
God made a casting of each life,
Then threw the mold away,
Each child is different from the rest,
Unlike as night from day.
So often we will criticize,
The things that others do,
But, do you know, they do not think,
The same as me and you.
So God in all his wisdom,
Who knows us all by name,
He did not want us to be bored,
That’s why we are not the same.

Entrepreneurship!!
Am really surprized to see that a lot of Indian Youth(including me) is really interested in becoming an entrepreneur than being an employee…!!
Major factors that lead to the same would be
- No one prefers to work under any asshole…
- You have your level of freedom
- You get a feel that you’re working for yourself & not for someone.
- Getting immense pleasure out of what you do(be it buying stationary for your office)
- Doesnt matter whether you’ve a Class A biz.
- Being your own boss.
- Freedom of implementing your ‘creative’(well, thats what you think ) ideas without the red tapism of approvals from so called Higher AUthority.
- Taking the blame for all that what you did(only things what you did)
These are some points which makes you wanna be an entrepreneur… Is that your same reason? Whatever it be, it feels good to be one…!!
